1. Prepayment Discount
Clients who prepay for a package of 10 lessons are entitled to a $50 discount on the total cost of the package. This prepayment discount encourages clients to commit to a series of sessions in advance, providing them with cost savings while ensuring continuity in their learning journey.
2. Referral Program
For each successful referral made by a client, both the referring client and the referred individual will receive a 5% discount on their next tutoring session. This referral program not only rewards our existing clients for their loyalty but also extends the benefits to new clients who join our community through referrals. The referral program discount is capped at 20%.
3. Refund Policy for Prepayment with Referral
Clients who prepay for a package of lessons and later refer a client will receive additional benefits. The difference between the original amount paid and the cost of the remaining lessons with the 5% referral discount will be refunded into their account. This policy ensures that clients are rewarded for their loyalty and efforts in referring new clients to NXT Tutoring.
4. Applying Discounts
Discounts will be either be applied automatically during the billing process or will be given as a code for eligible clients. Prepayment discounts will be applied to the total cost of the prepaid package at the time of purchase. Referral discounts will be credited to the accounts of both the referring client and the referred individual upon confirmation of the successful referral. The gratitude discount will be automatically applied to the first lesson for eligible clients.
