Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
1.1 Clients may cancel their enrollment in the holiday course and be eligible for a full refund of the course fee if the cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the scheduled commencement date.
1.2 In the event of cancellation after the aforementioned 7-day period but prior to the commencement of the course, clients are entitled to a partial refund of 50% of the course fee.
1.3 Once the holiday course has commenced, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals, irrespective of the circumstances.
Refund Request Process:
2.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our designated customer support team at least 7 days before the scheduled commencement date of the holiday course.
2.2 Refund requests must include comprehensive details such as the client’s name, course details, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
2.3 Refunds will be processed within the same business day from the date of the refund request upon approval with management.
2.4 Clients will be notified of the status of their refund request via email or other designated communication channels.
Exceptions and Discretion:
3.1 Exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy may be considered in cases of documented medical emergencies, unforeseen personal circumstances, or other compelling reasons, subject to the discretion of the management team.
3.2 The decision regarding exceptions to the policy rests solely with the management team and is final.
Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction:
4.1 This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes arising from or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
4.2 By enrolling in our holiday course, clients acknowledge their acceptance and adherence to the terms outlined in this policy, including its legal implications and jurisdictional considerations.
